your access to and use of our mobile application and related services
provided by Indian Developers.
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing or using AyuVeda Care,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or use the Application under parental or guardian supervision.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. User Roles
The Application supports multiple user roles including:
- Patient
- Doctor
- Hospital Administrator
- Receptionist / Staff
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
4. Healthcare Disclaimer
AyuVeda Care is a technology platform that helps users connect with hospitals
and doctors, schedule appointments and manage medical records.
- We do not provide medical advice.
- We do not guarantee diagnosis or treatment outcomes.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
- In case of a medical emergency, immediately contact your nearest hospital or emergency services.
5. Doctor & Hospital Information
Doctors and hospitals are responsible for maintaining accurate information,
including qualifications, consultation fees, availability and hospital details.
6. Appointment Booking
- Appointments are subject to doctor availability.
- Hospitals or doctors may reschedule or cancel appointments.
- Users are responsible for verifying appointment details.
- The Application is not liable for missed appointments.
7. Medical Records
Medical records uploaded or generated through the Application belong to the respective patient.
Access is restricted to authorized users including the patient,
authorized doctors and hospital administrators where applicable.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- Provide false information.
- Impersonate another person.
- Use the Application for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to hack or interfere with the Application.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy,
which explains how your personal information is collected,
used and protected.
10. Payments
Where applicable, consultation fees or other charges are displayed
before confirming an appointment.
Applicable taxes may be charged according to local laws.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, software and trademarks within
AyuVeda Care remain the property of Indian Developers
or their respective owners.
12. Third-Party Services
The Application may integrate with services such as Firebase,
notification providers or payment gateways.
Your use of these services may also be subject to their own terms.
13. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms,
provide false information, misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activities.
14. Limitation of Liability
Indian Developers shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use
or inability to use the Application.
15. Disclaimer
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis
without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bihar, India.
17. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be published within the Application or on our website.
Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
