Jooniya Partner App is an online food ordering and delivery platform. This Privacy Policy applies to the Jooniya Partner App and explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information as a delivery partner.
By using this app, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Information
- Full Name
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Profile Photo
- Bank Account / UPI Details (for earnings settlement)
- Government ID Proof (for verification)
- Vehicle Details
2.2 Location Information
Location data is essential for providing delivery services. We collect:
- Precise GPS Location — collected while you are on an active delivery or marked as available.
- Live Location — your real-time location is tracked and shared with the customer app during an active order so customers can track their delivery.
- Background Location — when you are on an active delivery, the app may access your location in the background to ensure accurate tracking. This requires your explicit permission and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.
Location data is used to assign nearby orders, track deliveries in real time, share your position with customers, and improve route efficiency.
2.3 Location Sharing with Customer App
During an active order, your live location is shared with the Jooniya customer app so that customers can track their delivery in real time. This sharing stops automatically once the order is marked as delivered.
No location data is shared with customers outside of an active delivery window.

- Bank Account / UPI details for processing payouts via Razorpay

3. How We Use Your Information
- Verify your identity and onboard you as a delivery partner
- Assign and manage delivery orders
- Track live location during active deliveries
- Share your location with customers for order tracking
- Calculate and process earnings settlements
- Handle COD collection records
- Send order alerts and app notifications
- Resolve disputes and provide support
- Prevent fraud and misuse
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Payment Processing — Razorpay
Earnings and payouts are processed securely through Razorpay. Jooniya Partner does not store your full bank account numbers, UPI PINs, or other sensitive banking credentials.
Razorpay processes all financial transactions and is governed by its own privacy policy and security standards.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For orders with COD payment, you are responsible for collecting the exact order amount from the customer at the time of delivery.
- COD amounts collected must be remitted to Jooniya Partner as per the settlement schedule.
- All COD transactions are recorded in the app and reflected in your earnings dashboard.
- Any discrepancies in COD collection may be subject to review and adjustment in your settlement.
6. Refund & Settlement Policy
Refunds to customers are handled by Jooniya Partner and the respective restaurant. As a delivery partner, you are not directly responsible for customer refunds unless caused by a delivery error on your part.
- If an order is returned undelivered, the COD amount (if collected) must be returned.
- Earnings for cancelled or returned orders may be adjusted in your settlement.
- Settlement disputes can be raised through the support section of the app or by emailing us.
Jooniya Partner reserves the right to withhold or adjust earnings in cases of fraud, policy violations, or unresolved COD discrepancies.
7. Sharing of Information
7.1 Customer App
Your name and live location are shared with customers during an active delivery for order tracking purposes only.
7.2 Restaurants
Basic delivery partner information may be shared with restaurants to coordinate order handover.
7.3 Payment Processors
Your bank / UPI details are shared with Razorpay solely for processing payouts.
7.4 Analytics & Cloud Providers
Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) is used for app performance monitoring.
7.5 Legal Authorities
Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and partners.

Account Deletion
