Grower Seeds App Privacy Policy

(“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores,
and protects information when you use the Grower Seeds
mobile application (the “Application”).

Grower Seeds is designed to help seed distributors and retailers manage
products, stock, allocations, sales, QR-code based product operations,
reports, and related business information.

Depending on your account type and the features you use, the Application
may collect the following categories of information:

Account and Profile Information

• Name
• Registered mobile number
• Alternate mobile number, where provided
• Profile photograph, where provided
• Firm or company name
• Account type, such as Distributor or Retailer

Business and Registration Information

• Seed licence number
• PAN details
• GST number, where provided
• Aadhaar number, where required for registration or verification
• Business or residential address
• Village or town
• Block
• District
• State
• PIN code

Inventory and Business Information

When you use the Application, we may process information related to
business activities performed through the Application, including:

• Products and seed varieties
• Stock quantities
• Stock allocations
• Stock approval information
• Sales transactions
• Packets sold
• Revenue information
• Points earned
• Retailer and distributor related information
• QR-code or product identification information
• Reports generated through the Application

2. QR Code Information

Grower Seeds may use QR codes printed on or associated with seed
products and packets. QR-code information may be processed to support
product identification, stock management, allocation, sales, and
related business operations.

The Application does not use QR-code scanning for unrelated purposes.

3. Device and Technical Information

When you use the Application, certain technical information may be
automatically collected where necessary for providing, securing, and
improving the service.

This may include:

• Operating system and version
• Application version

• Basic diagnostic information
• Application usage and technical event information

4. Camera Permission

The Application may request access to your device camera when you use
QR-code scanning or other features that require camera functionality.

Camera access is used only to perform the requested functionality.
We do not use the camera to continuously monitor you or record video
in the background.

applicable legal requirements.

information through free-text fields or other areas of the Application.

Application and maintaining legitimate business, security, accounting,

18. Uninstalling the Application

You may stop future collection of information from the Application by
uninstalling it from your device.

Uninstalling the Application does not automatically delete information
